Past incidents
17 September 2026: slow uploads
For about two hours uploads ran at roughly a third of normal speed while a storage node was replaced. No data was affected. Replacements are now done one building at a time.
4 August 2026: sign-in errors
For 25 minutes some people could not sign in to the web app. Desktop clients that were already signed in kept syncing. The cause was an expired internal certificate, which is now renewed automatically.
