This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. There is no analytics or advertising code on it.
What we keep when you have an account
| Account details | Name, email address and a hash of your password |

| Your files | Stored encrypted, with their names, sizes and dates |
| Activity log | Sign-ins, link downloads and changes to members, kept for 90 days |
| Billing | Handled by our payment processor. We see the last four digits and the expiry date of your card |
What we do with it
We use it to run the service, to bill you and to answer support requests. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. We disclose information only when the law requires it, and we tell the account owner unless we are forbidden to.
Deleting your data
Deleted files are removed from backups after 90 days. When an account is closed, everything is deleted 30 days after the paid period ends. To have your data deleted sooner or to get a copy of it, write to hello@uncutstorage.org.
