Billing questions

What if we need more storage?

Extra storage costs $7 per TB a month on any plan. You add it in settings and it is available straight away. Above 100 TB, write to hello@uncutstorage.org and we will quote a price.

Do link recipients count as people?

No. Only people who can sign in and sync count towards the plan.

How do we pay?

By card, charged on the same day each month. Studio plans can pay by invoice once a year.

What happens if we cancel?

You keep full access until the end of the paid month. After that the account becomes read-only for 30 days so you can download everything, and then the files are deleted.
