Models and scans that never fit in an email
A central model changes dozens of times a day and a site scan runs to tens of gigabytes. Uncut sends only what changed.

How practices set it up
One share per project
Each project gets a share with its own members. Consultants are added to the projects they work on and see nothing else.
Small saves stay small
The client compares files in blocks, so saving a 6 GB model after an hour of work typically uploads under 200 MB.
Issue drawings by link
Send an issued set to the contractor as a link. An upload link lets a surveyor send scan data straight into the project folder.
Go back to last Tuesday
Backup keeps a copy of the share for each of the last 90 nights. Restore one corrupted model without touching the rest.
Practices of up to ten people usually fit the Team plan.
